Titan Enterprises LLC started in 2025, founded by three young owners who saw the same problem over and over across Rhode Island: driveways and parking lots either got neglected until they needed full replacement, or got "sealed" by someone using thin, watered-down product and calling it a day. Neither option made sense. We started this company to do it the right way — hand-brushed application where it actually matters, honest assessments instead of upsells, and materials that hold up through a Rhode Island winter, not just until the next one.
We're veteran-owned, fully insured, and still a small crew — not the biggest name in the state, and we're not pretending to be. What we are is accountable. Every job gets the same attention whether it's a single driveway or a multi-acre commercial lot, because our name is on all of it.

Why We Do This Work
We're not in the business of selling black paint. We're in the business of protecting one of the largest investments a property owner has. Every crack we fill, every coat we hand-brush, every line we stripe is about extending the life of your pavement and avoiding the repair bill that shows up when maintenance gets skipped.
If sealcoating alone won't fix it — like a driveway with real structural damage — we'll tell you that too, even if it costs us the job. That's the only way we know how to build something worth being proud of.
